1. Return Eligibility
Return is accepted only if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
Return window: 7 Days from delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Used items
- Products with missing original packaging
- Hygiene-related items
- Products damaged after delivery
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share order ID + clear photos/videos of the issue.
- After verification, pickup will be arranged.
- Product must be handed over in original condition.
4. Refund Policy
Refund method:
- Online payments → Same payment mode
- COD → Bank transfer / UPI refund
Refund timeline:
- Verification: 1–2 days
- Refund processing: 3–7 working days
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
